Quickload with standard 3.290 COAL and 24" barrel, that 69gr, is a starting load.
2989fps, 48509 psi. 54-58gr looks like it would be dangerously low, 2272fps and 23244psi to 2458fps and 28204 psi.
Hornady load data for the 150gr CX seems to support that finding, with a start of 57.2 and top of 65.2. So with that being a heavier bullet, the charge weight is going to go up with the lighter 140 TTSX. You might want to drop Barnes an email and ask them, they would probably be able to get you a more trustworthy answer. It does seem like it would work well at the top end of the safe pressures, otherwise it seems like its leaving a lot of powder unburned. N160 looks like it would work, but it would be leaving 100-150fps on the table as compared to a lot of other powders.
