Anyone that wants help with diet advice, fitness goals, working out etc...... I'm happy to help you with it. Its been my life for the last 20 years. I don't claim to know it all or be a professional, but ive been in the game a long time and seen/done most of it.

I've got a few for 2020:
  • Pay off credit card debt.
  • Only eat when I'm actually hungry.
  • 30 push-ups per day (been doing this for a few months, want to keep it up).

I would like to be more relaxed and document my hunting experiences better in 2020. I just finished going through my photos from 2019 and realized how a little focus on slowing down and taking quality photos could add to the experience. Seeing what some of you contribute on the one photo a day thread is inspirational.

Made the final payment on my card today. Feels good man.

Not really much of a resolution man but I hope to spend more time in the mountains. Hope to take the next step in my career. Hope to draw tags this year. Kind of hoping to move to a warmer State.

I’m wanting to shoot my recurve more, spend less on gear so I can hunt more, and yeah... get my lungs stronger so the hunts I enjoy suck less.

Whatever works for you. I choose to hold to a more normal “routine”. Work out 4-5 days a week year round and eat healthy food consisting of wild game meat with lots of fruits and veggies. You know, sustainable things that a person can actually stick to. It makes me laugh when at the end of January I stop seeing these people that were doing hard core stuff similar to what you’re doing. Because for most people it’s not sustainable. But to each their own. And for the record I think 1 day fasts can be good for both the body and mind. Never have seen a need for me personally to do anything much more extreme than that. But you do you.

I guess I should clarify that I eat healthy and workout all year as well. I just step it up every once in a while. Like January, or in preparation for a trip. To be honest, I just can’t keep the intensity all year, but never fall out of shape.

Not much into resolutions and consider them more goals to set and meet. Getting healthier is always on this list, but i wont be over crowding the gyms in January...lol. Reducing debt and getting my son on his first hunt round out the primary goals for 2020

Slow down a bit
More time outdoors
Eat better... first time in my life I have high chesterol... just found out yesterday. Get it checked once a year and it really jumped... 65 points this year. I was eating keto with butter, coconut oil and lots of eggs. Obviously not for me.
Exercise more.
Spend more time with my Creator.
OH... PUNCH THE RETIREMENT BUTTON IN FEBRUARY!!!

I want to do more cool stuff with my son, hikes, camping, offroading, fishing, etc. Just gotta actually do it to achieve that stuff.

Get a new job. Got that in the works.

Buy a house. More challenging. Gotta keep saving, the new job should help with that.

Hit 180lbs. Just have to eat more and lift more.
