Did you find a place? If not, The Cove outside of winchester has 500m, but costs $50/4hr! Peacemaker, just over the VA/WV border off 81 has up to 300 yards for day users, and up to 1000 with electronic targets for members that qualify w/ less than 1 moa at 100 yards.
