Anybody finding morels?

Morels don’t effing exist. They’re no different than unicorns or Bigfoot. People claim to see them, but I don’t believe it!

How I am gonna feel about turkeys by may 31st.

Found 12 big yellows in southern west Virginia today.

I never find them in places I turkey hunt in north central KY. Clay soil, cedar trees and hedge apples dominate where hillside cattle pastures are not maintained. I dont think morels grow in these conditions

I got about a dozen yesterday in north idaho, 2400 ft in elevation.

I said yesterday they were done in Oklahoma and they are but I did find two bigger ones today but two dry.

I’ve been picking morels in Idaho units 10 and 10A since April 5th. Found a few in Montana this weekend too.

Not much in southern IA 1or2 here and there we’re still in D2 drought not good for the mushroom crop

I have pulled about 100 of them off of my place so far.
Does anyone know if any animals eat them, besides humans?

Found 10 lbs in western Illinois this weekend
