Usually if something tastes gamey it’s a sign of spoilage or hair contamination. It’s possible that the bones just weren’t cooled down fast enough after the kill. Been making it for decades and never had a bad batchI have, I feel like it tastes a little strong/gamey for me. Maybe I did it wrong.
