Well, I'm looking to get something shorter that can be used for other stuff where I'm not gonna be hauling anything heavy, avoiding the frame from sticking up above my head, etcIs the exo k4 exs not small enough? You may be able to cut down the k4 22”, its worth a call to exo. What is your actual torso size?
Hello!
Well I've been scouring the internet trying to find a pack frame that I can get in something smaller than 22"s and am hoping to find something that compares to Kifaru, Stone Glacier, Exo, etc..
Does anyone have any suggestions?
I don't think those two go together. Frame hight enables comfortable load hauling.Well, I'm looking to get something shorter that can be used for other stuff where I'm not gonna be hauling anything heavy, avoiding the frame from sticking up above my head, etc
I understand what your saying, but I already have several packs for hauling heavy loads. This is simply something that I want to utilize for a specific purpose, not big game hunting or heavy hauling. Just simply looking to see if there is even a frame out there that is potentially shorter than 22"s without modifications.I don't think those two go together. If I needed one pack both to haul heave and use for light things, I would optimize the frame for hauling heavy. Then down the road try to add a pack for when I didn't need to carry heavy.
The purpose would help, you listed load hauling brands. Lots of smaller framed packs geared towards hiking that are adequate if not hauling heavy.I understand what your saying, but I already have several packs for hauling heavy loads. I understand that I listed those brands. As stated in my first post, I've scoured the Internet and am not finding the type of pack frame I'm wanting, which is why I listed those brands. They all have what I'm looking for in a frame. The purpose would help, you listed load hauling brands. Lots of smaller framed packs geared towards hiking that are adequate if not hauling heavy.
