The insert spaces might not be the best way to do it. But at least it gives you some adjustment. I am sure there is hundreds of bino out there . It be impossible to make case to fit for every size. with that said i think 3 sizes would be a better. my 10x42 slc will probably be swimming in there. A medium might have worked better for a good deal of people .

I already thinking of a way to make a custom fit with spray foam

My SLC 15X56 are pretty snug in the Kuiu Pro. My 8X32 & 10X42 SLC fit perfect in my Sitka Bivy.

Here's my thoughts on the new harness. I checked them out as soon as they were released and didn't like the the way the top was when it was open. But, I wanted to see them again so I ordered it and tried it for five minutes. Simply put, getting the top to open and securely was a pita with one hand. Two hands, it was fine; but if I was holding my bow/rifle, it would be tough to get the binos out. And, I didn't like how the connecting straps come out from under the cover. Also, if I opened it quickly, the top would end up covering part of the binos making them hard to get out, even while being open. As for pros, I really liked the suspension on it and it was very comfortable.

Compared to my Marsupial, it is extremely hard to operate. On the Marsupial, I just flip it open and its open to get the binos in/out very easily. Unless I absolutely needed full coverage, I wouldnt be happy with the Kuiu.
