I found one online cheap but not sure if it is the old model or new?

Can someone tell me the difference or how I can tell if the one I found is 2019 model or 2020?
On the newer models, the frame extends via telescoping rods that lock/unlock with a cam device. The older model has shock corded two piece rods. I've had the older model for 3 years and I'm very happy with it. It happens to fit my body type very well. Everyone and every pack setup is different.

Excellent little day pack. As others have said, I wouldn't want to haul more than 55-60# of meat with it. It's perfect for pronghorn and eastern whitetails. Larger than that, I'd opt for my Sawtooth 45 on the Guide Light MT frame. It's a tank.

Thanks for the timely respose!

By the photo it's definitely the new one , one other difference I notice is where the bottom compression straps hook to the front of pack has changed between the 2019 and 2020 model. I found that out after my post by comparing on black ovis sight they still have the old model but it says discontinued.

It's actually my buddy who is making the purchase. He's not on the group but we hunt out of saddles. I use a kifaru styrker and it works very well with how the meat shelf is easily accessible to haul the stick and platforms. The pop up 28 has the same concept and is a lot cheaper. Also we like to have the option of being able to pack out deer out.

I use my Pop Up 28 as a saddle hunter and it's pretty close to perfect. I have a 24" Kifaru frame and debated the Stryker but am happy with my Pop Up.
