Been using the search function but not finding exactly what I'm looking for...
Anyone use sound enhancing ear buds like the Axios or similar just for helping hear sounds in the field? Granted I'm over 50 and don't really have any significant hearing loss that I can discern, but wondering if these types of devices have helped? And if so, what are some that you would recommend?

Get something for each ear, it can be hard to determine where sounds are coming from.
I use 2 Walker's Game ears . They have been a game changer for me, I have a slight hearing impairment.

Yeah I would for sure look for something that is a pair instead of just one

I had some Walkers in ear models and they quit taking a charge after a year. Tetra gets really good reviews but they are expensive.
Was just thinking I need to get another set, may bite the bullet and get the Tetra’s.

https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B09NQMPF5F/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1 pro ears. These have held up well for the past 10 months or so. I hunted with them for turkey season, boy did the cicadas blow those up, so did the turkeys. They also held up well to 12 gauge shells and to a 300 win. mag. The 300 does not have a suppressor nor muzzle brake, I am able to use just the pro ears and not anything else over them to double up.

I use Amazon a lot, because I like the return policy. I wanted to try these, however, it came with a piece of tape around it that said if the seal was broken, they would have a 20% restocking fee. The Otto's are not bluetooth, however.

Otto Noizebarrier. I've been using them for a while and got a pair for my dad who's hard of hearing and he loves them. You need to replace the tips with the aftermarket foam tips off Amazon.

I have some etymotic gunsport and have been happy with them. I believe they also make hearing aids and you can tell by how well they disappear sonically. They also have an amplification mode which is pretty impressive.
