Any bacon fans?

Any recommendations for recipes or sites to look into?

I go to Costco and buy several pork bellies at a time. The wife and I then cure them, smoke them, slice and package. We usually have homemade bacon for the entire year. In fact, I haven’t bought grocery store bacon for several years now.
Same here, Costco has been very reliable on the bellies. Good price too.
 



 
Been making bacon for the last 4 years. Its the best thing going. I made a traditional dry cured procuitto 2 years ago. Just cut into it for the first time last month. It was delectable
