Big difference between 2025 and 2021. Reality is that virtually all 0 point hunts out west involve a very small amount of huntable territory with a lot of competition, and prospects get worse every year.

And there are no zero point hunts in WY any more.

There were a bunch of them in Wyoming… 6-7 years ago :/ thanks insta-bros, YouTubers, and Meateaters! You took care of that for us! I hated being able to drive to the Walmart in Cheyenne and buy a tag in October it was the worst!

Depends on how much you wanna spend. See what happens this year...as of last year this statement is incorrect.
However, there certainly aren't any 0 point hunts on the cheap for DIY that offer much for accessible ground in that state, I'll give you that for sure.

Thanks guys. I've never hunted antelope but have done plenty of other hunting out west. Thought it was a little easier to get an antelope tag. Guess we'll play the point game...

FWIW...Youth tags typically have better draw odds in most states than reg tags.

i dont think anyone is thrilled about the increased difficulty of getting a tag, myself included. I'd blame TV/influencers not a guy on a form asking a question.

What's wrong with pointing out why opportunities like the OP was asking for aren't widely available anymore?

You're correct to blame TV and influencers primarily, but they weren't the only ones blasting information all over the internet.
