Ya im guessing if that was the majority the country would be alot better place but the whole premise of this thread is about people who are garbage and doing the right thing when no one is looking is not in there dna. So have all the laws you want but unless the juice isnt worth the squeeze they are going to keep on squeezing. What would you do to punish some one caught selling deer horns if made illegal? A fine a little jail time well at that point you are dealing with people who dont give a shit the people who do follow the law already. We get all the other problems going on fixed then we can go after the antler people

What’s the punishment for selling wild harvested game meat at a restaurant? It’s very rare if ever you hear about that market. If made legal I guarantee there would be a dozen hipster restaurants in every city selling wild elk burgers. Thus destroying our lifestyle even more. Luckily It’s all farmed, which IMO should also be illegal as deer and elk shouldn’t be livestock, but that’s another whole different discussion and this thread is all over the place already.

Is petsmart selling gall bladders? Maybe I’m wrong, but my assumption is the vast majority of antler demand is in pet stores. If made illegal it’s not like house wives are going to go to some back alley Chinese market to buy dog chews.

I’m not usually a proponent of any new laws but something needs to be done. Shed hunting seasons were the tipping point for me. It’s gross how popular and instafamous people get for putting pressure on winter grounds for antlers. Stealing antlers is likely to be less attractive if the market it taken away. Or at least one would hope.
i think it would be surprising the Asian market is crazy. people are idiots for letting their dogs chew on antlers its a recipe for a broken tooth. It seems an easier fix would be no shed hunting till June and no access to winter grounds for any one . Make it so dead heads are not allowed to be picked up at any time. Shit make a license for shed hunting and make it a good amount so we can hire some more shed police.

This was alot funner when we were talking about meth heads pulling stake outs to steal horns and banging Gisele and cougar hunting.

well the city people could f up a wet dream. I also believe cows should not be farmed as they were wild 10500 years ago.

So this is where this thread has wondered to?

Police yourselves back into civility because this is beyond ridiculous of things needing discussed in this community.

The dog chew thing is interesting. I've had 3 different vets I've used over the years say DO NOT let my dog chew on antlers due to all the broken teeth they've seen.

Brown antlers. I only let my dog chew chalks. They are great at cleaning and break up before a canine snaps.

That company belongs to one of the Hushin guys and i find it beyond comical. Seems like he's trying to make money off of the countless sheds he films himself picking up. Imagine being so desperate for content.

No one had sent me an official no meme memo. Been busy between Gisele and piling birds must have missed it. It’s hard being a one man wolf pack.
Welp same boat as you since i was in New Mexico elk hunting for a week and just posted a meme in another thread 😅

Only thing sadder than filming yourself picking up sheds, is watching a video of a dude picking up sheds… then again some people like to watch people play video games… weird world we live in
