Joined Rokslide because I'm a hunting rifle geek, and I'm really interested in the small-caliber for big game stuff going on here. The science of it strikes me as very true. I aim to get out and try it on elk, mulies, and antelope
Currently building a Howa Mini in 6 ARC. I intend to SBR it and put the new Unknown 6mm can on it. I want to try it out here with Sierra 107 TMK's and see what happens.
I'm not a long range hunter by Western standards. I used to think it was sexy, but a couple unfortunate rodeos at long range convinced me that game is for steel targets only in my world. I'll be keepin it 400 or so and in.
I'm looking for a Howa Mini Action in Stainless with a Grendel/7.62x39/ARC bolt face for this build. If I'm gonna SBR it, I'd sure prefer to build on a stainless action.
If anyone has one they'd part with, please let me know.
