I watched the youtube video on this! Are you happy with it?

Yep very!!!

(I gotta watch how I say this so I don’t offend anyone that spent money on an amp) - I wanted an amp for the longest time. Just couldn’t justify the price for a simple process, now given the option between mine and an amp, I am no longer even considering the amp.

  1. the wheels melt readily....you simply can't get the torch close enough on anything short action
  2. it's a pain in the ass to time and tune
  3. nothing stays tight and tuned
  4. torch position is a major PITA
  5. it's simply Jinky AF

Good to know. I will look elsewhere. Thanks for the input.

I've been thinking about building one of these:

if you skip the fancy, 15 degree angled box, you can get all the parts for less than $50...
(yeah, induction's cool, but this is easy, or so it would seem)

I built on based on plans available online. I think I came across them on the 6.8 SPC Forum

This pic was before I finished it. There is now a metal bracket holding the torch.

I can anneal 223 up to 308 based cases. I would have to find a deeper pan for the longer cases, but at the moment, I have a friend that anneals my 338wm brass.
