Ordered a Ruger American Go Wild in .338 win mag and when it arrived yesterday I ran the bolt and metal was shaving off the bolt from the receiver. Guess that’s some tight tolerances, but not for me.
In anticipation I ordered an Anarchy Outdoors machined cocking piece and reduced power trigger spring from Old Beaver Gunsmithing.
So Anarchy wants 10% restocking fee, and it’s not worth hassling returning a $12 spring.
I’ll give it a week before returning to Anarchy, but asking $60 shipped for both. That’s roughly $20 in savings for the pair.
