Amend2 magazine issues

Anyone have issues getting the Amend2 magazines to work in a MDT chassis? I bought two of them for my MDT ACC chassis and I cannot get them to lock in or function correctly. Not sure if it’s the magazine or user error on my part.

Chassis is the Gen 1 MDT ACC.

Feed lips on the mags are too wide to fit into the opening in the bottom of a tikka, the only poly mags I've been able to use in them are the MDT.
