Altitude Outdoors issue

Has anyone ever had issues with this company? I made a purchase on their site several weeks ago with no status update on my order. I've attempted to reach out to them by phone and email multiple times with no response. Next step is a payment dispute but was hoping to get it resolved directly if possible.

Never heard of them. More then 1 business week i without a reply I would just file a dispute.

If they were legitimate they would have replied by now.
If they were gonna be gone they should of notified you on the main website page.

Yeah I never heard of them either. Saw a few people vouch for them here in a few posts which is why I pulled the trigger. Disappointing. I don't fault them if it's a supply issue, but I tried contacting them via phone and email multiple times with no response.

Looks like they're in Afton, WY, perhaps there's someone here on Rokslide that could swing by the store for you.

I've never had an issue on any orders and stop by the shop every time I pass through Afton. Brad is a great guy, a heck of a mule deer hunter and always helpful! Give the shop a call!
