Selling my excellent condition Alps Commander X + Pack. Comes with everything (frame, pack, little extra pack that clips into main pack, and rain cover).
This was very lightly used on one backcountry elk hunt several years ago with the frame being used for a month or two leading up to it for training (hikes with weight in the frame). In years since that hunt my group and I have begun doing drop camp hunts, so I’ve since switched to a day pack and no longer needed the large pack and meat hauling frame.
The hunt it was used on was successful, so there are blood stains in the frame pack meat hauling area from some leaks through the game bags. That being said, the pack is not stained and all material is in excellent condition aside from the interior frame stains (no rips or snags in material, no mildew or sweat smells, etc.).
Overall I was very pleased with the pack, well thought out with multiple compartments, a felt lined one of the side for spotting scope or optics, rain cover, many areas with straps and various attachment points, and comfortable for when we packed out my first elk.
List new is $500, I’m asking $370 + shipping.
