If you utilize the straps under your pad it really keeps it sucked down. I have never had any issues with a limb sticking out and getting cold. It's a big fear for alot of people. I'll try and shoot some pics/video of it in use.

This has been my experience with both single quilts and the double accomplice. Utilizing the straps keeps everything tucked in and I have never been cold.

Excited for your hunt Brock!

I've been using the Benchmade hidden canyon hunter for ~2 years now IIRC, and it's awesome. I hate having too much knife and I find that the little benchmade is a perfect hunting fixed blade. I'm actually surprised they haven't been more popular. Been out for some time now.

Looking forward to hearing about the heavy FL rain jacket. How's the cut compared to the stormtight (which was a bit boxy imo)?

Im pretty excited about the knife!

The rain jacket is similar cut to the stormtight. Its built to layer over a puffy nicely.

Nice. I've had two stormtights and noticed the sleeves were longer on one year's production compared to the former. Hope the seak hits the spot just right :)

Just landed in Anchorage. First time I've flown with a gun, pretty easy at seatac. Hopefully the tikka made it in 1 piece! My check bag weighed in at 62 pounds originally. After some culling I made it with 47.5#s. Trav was a little closer at 49#. Short layover and off to Valdez

Shrimping was just as fun as bear hunting.
