Scouting for a moose trip and I'm getting "Restricted State" as I zoom in on aerials. Is this a membership screw up (I have the top tier) or something else?

Because what you're looking at is Special Use Land with restrictions on it.

For the whole state or just specific areas? You have the Alaska layer turned on I assume. My slope angle wasn’t working recently and I had to delete and redownload the app that worked.

The land you're looking at has special restrictions such as access or uses that the user is responsible for knowing the regs. It's not all state owned land, just specific sections, usually for conservation purposes.

I notice some areas are red like military land, be careful with private land since it doesn’t get all the databases. Outside of boroughs it’s no very accurate for private land
