I don't keep up with factory ammo much but it's hard to beat hornady these days. I'm a fan of the ELD-Ms myself.

If berger is loading for it that would be certainly be worth looking at.

I'm loading 180 Hybrids in mine over H1000.

What velocities are you seeing with them?

I'm not as I just received the rifle.

I would expect 2750-2900 with heavies depending on the barrel. Obviously faster with 140-150s.

Hornady overhyped the velocity capabilities of the round IMO with its initial release and sold some really hot ammo. They have since backed off of the speed for most 175-180 loads.

I'm expecting right around 2800 from 180s with H1000 and a 22 inch barrel.

I had a 7 saum running 2840 with 180s from a 20 inch barrel but i was stomping on it and brass life suffered.
