Airbnb or Motel in Gunnison

Drew a 3rd season unit 67 deer for this year. Planning on staying in Gunnison. Any recommendations for a reasonably priced AirBnB or if not what Motel/Hotel would u recommend.

Not sure where you're hunting at but 2 years ago we did an airbnb in Mt. Crested Butte for 1st rifle, which was perfect for the two of us if you're hiking in every day. Good places to eat in town as well.

The Inn at Tomichi dome east of Gunnison. Friendly people and clean cheap rooms.

Make sure to head to traders rendezvous. That place is worth the trip by its self

We stayed at a good vrbo in gunny. Nice place, good rate.

I found a cabin central to the unit I hunted in 2022, worked out pretty well.

I ended up getting an Airbnb just outside of town. Worked perfect for me.

The nice thing is that being a college town, there are plenty of reasonable options for hotel, motel and VRBO style accommodations. Don't forget to hit Mario's Pizza after a day of humping the hills. Definitely worth it.

Good air bnb's in CB south too.. for better prices than Crested butte

2022 season we had a tent failure and crashed in hotels. It got expensive quick. $120ish a night was the cheapest. Air BnB or vrbo definitely worth a look.
Gunnison is a cool town to check out though.
Definitely agree with traders rendezvous being a must see though.
