Production update (Black Friday):

I dropped off the suppressors yesterday to be annealed and found out that while they had a “vacuum oven” listed online, what they actually have is a traditional kiln. Titanium suppressors need to be annealed in either a vacuum oven or an argon-purged oven to avoid oxidation.

I spent most of yesterday trying to find a backup option within driving distance but came up empty. Because of that, the 6.5s I was hoping to have ready for machining this week will now be heat treated next week once the correct oven arrives.

Just wanted to keep everyone in the loop. I’ll continue to share updates once the new oven is online and we’re making headway.

Can't wait to get the 7mm from the Black Friday orders for an 18" 7prc project. The 6.5 has been awesome and will definitely be adding a 6mm when available.

Black Friday Production Update

The oven is up and running, and we annealed a batch of Nanos yesterday. We re-ran a 75-round .22 Creedmoor (16”) durability cycle on one unit with zero issues. After that, each sample was test-fired with one round on the same 16” .22 Creedmoor.

I’m working on getting all of these serialized today, coated tomorrow, and shipped Friday/Saturday.

The 6.5s are being annealed today and tomorrow. After that, they’ll be on their way back to us for final machining so we can get those out the door as well.

I leave for Hunt Expo on Wednesday, but we’ll ship as much as possible between now and then. Once we’re back, we should have all Black Friday cans in hand and fully annealed. Any remaining machining and shipping should be completed the following week.

Next Pre-Order
Our next pre-order will launch either the day after Hunt Expo (Monday, 2/16) or the following Saturday (2/21). I’ll share final details as soon as everything is locked in.

We will officially be accepting pre-orders for the Zero Gravity 30 during this next pre-order window. Full specs, pricing, and additional details will be shared soon.

Printer Update
We’ve finalized a deal on a printer. This will allow us to increase production capacity and should be up and running in the near future.
