Air Lock Industries Suppressor

I really want a Nano, but really shouldn't spend the money..... So you guys need to hurry up and buy all the available Nano's, you can say it is for a good cause.

I got on the site right away, then fooled around making sure I wasn't missing anything, finally placed the order and it went through. I thought this suppressor would sell out quicky, but not this fast!

I couldn’t get the address to go through. Kept kicking my FFL address back as couldn’t find address. So I missed out.

We have a new website going live next week that should significantly improve traffic and overall reliability. We didn’t want to launch it before this drop in case there were any bugs that could create issues with a high volume of orders.

With that said, would Roksliders prefer that we open backorders on the new website around mid-January? That would allow you to place orders at your convenience, with no rush, and we would simply update ship dates as we work through allocations.

Our goal is to do what works best for everyone. We’re also currently getting a few quotes to bring printing in-house to help support demand and timelines.

I like this idea, as long as there is some transparency of estimated ship dates. Little less of a mad rush on days orders open up.

Would definitely help a few friends of mine that are interested, but aren't invested enough to try to get orders in within the short pre-order drop window.

6 or 2 3s to me. Since I ordered a nano I’ll be waiting a while before I get another. From a business perspective the short order window creates exclusivity to me and if I were you I’d keep it that way. But I assume most consumers would prefer to order anytime and have a back order timeline.

I think the real question is how far out are you comfortable having back orders? You are already selling product that isn't manufactured, do you really want a 2 year back order?

Would you take payment at time of order or at time of shipment? If at time of order you will get people complaining about giving you an interest free loan and being really unhappy if something causes a delay. If at time of manufacturing you will have issues with expiring payment methods, Etc.

Both methods can work, but I think you are less likely to get over extended sticking with your current method.

Personally I'm more inclined to order something with a drop than with a long back order window.

Or if you'd be willing to do a group buy maybe late summer for the Rokslide fam. Offer a slight discount like Unknown did or the other group buys.
I mean the price of your products is already incredibly great. But say knock $50 off each can or something just before season for Roksliders.
