Yall just wanted to say that airlock has been great. I got an email notification for an issue with payment failed and called them. Danny answered on the second ring, looked up the order, said I was actually all good, and thanked me and rokslide for all the support. Seems like 10/10 guys over there, if the products performance matches theirs, I’m a real happy guy.
 
I had issues over several hours as well as many others and finally decided to send an email. Within minutes I received a call and was taken care of. I don't expect this kind of service, but when it happens it makes a guy reassured there are still great companies in the industry out there.
 
I was able to place an order on the 28th ( I think..lol). I ordered using iPhone 16 Pro and Safari. The website doesn’t render the same as when using the Google App browser on mobile or Edge on desktop ( for example, for me mobile Safari doesn’t show all the products for sale nor does it show the shopping cart icon, while the mobile Google App does, as well as desktop Edge)

Anyway… I ran into the same issues as others on this thread ( pages not loading, 503 errors, etc), but was able to get a ZG 6.5 in my cart and check out.

I got an confirmation email at 10:20am CST, but in the confirmation email it says “We’ve received your order and it’s currently on hold until we can confirm your payment has been processed.” My CC got charged for the ZG, so I’m assuming the order went through ok, but I didn’t receive any other automated emails from the order/payment processor indicating the order was taken off hold or anything. My buddy who placed an order at about the exact same time I did got the same “on hold” verbiage in his confirmation email, and also hasn't received any other comm’s from the payment processor. So I’m assuming all is well with the order.

Also, I put my FFL/SOT info in the shipping address per the instructions on the checkout page. Do we need to have our FFL send a copy of their paperwork to Airlock at some point?

What did you put in for suppressor dimensions when you ordered the cover? 1.5x5?
