Air Fryer @ Base camp

I'm locked and loaded 24/7. I truck camp with a toaster oven style but also have a full kitchen as well. I use it every camping trip and it's probably one of the best things I've added to the truck. I mainly use it for stuff like frozen chicken tenders, fries, French bread pizza, cookies, biscuits, etc. I don't do anything thats overly drippy or saucy since it's not a basket type. Runs off a large battery setup with 1500w inverter.

If your sole purpose is to zombie mode your meals, it's hard to beat it. Bring it along and give it a whirl. Pro-tip: air fried Uncrustable if you like PB&J. Throw a couple in there for about 5 min and it'll change your life.

Can you give a few more details on your setup here and some photos? Looks pretty sweet.

Hey, forgot to respond to this.

Here's what I have:
- 2x 230AH Litime Lithium Batteries
- grounds go to individual Victron SmartShunts for monitoring, then to a common ground after the shunts
- Hot leads go into two 200a Bussman MRCB breakers
- then into a 4 position Blue Sea switch where I can choose battery 1, 2, both 1&2 or off (disconnected)
- Single hot lead comes out of the Blue Sea Switch to a small buss bar block.
- Redarc Alpha 50 handles solar input (2x100w flex panels on roof) and 50a of DCDC charging from the alternator. Feeds positive output to that buss bar block
- small fused distribution block also connected to the buss bar. Starlink mini (w/ 12v conversion wire), cig lighter, USB socket, camper lights and Propex heater power attached to that.
- 30a Victron Blue Smart AC/DC charger for standard 120v charging (almost never used since the solar makes it mostly self sustaining)
- Voltworks 1500w pure sine wave inverter
- Anker 3 outlet extension cord and Anker USB charging block attached to 2/3 of the inverter outlets. Air fryer on the last outlet.
Entire unit has quick connections minus the central ground that I bolt to the steel bed of the truck. Can pull the whole assembly out in a couple minutes.
