I just received my AG composite stock from https://omrifles.com/ . I have a tikka t3 30-06 with Tikka Performance mag and bottom metal and I'm itching to get it fitted for opening season! How are you liking the mount adapter by spartan? They look very appealing. This thread is what got me to make the purchase.

Thanks

Justin, What powder do you use in your loads? Would think that such a short barrel would not be able to burn the powder from a 6.5-06AI. Cool looking rifle, though. Some day, I'd like to get one of those stocks for my TIkka.

Is it noticeably annoying?
Here are a couple pics of mine. It sits flush at the front and back, but the shape of the stock makes the middle of the bottom metal sit below the stock.

The only potential issue is the plastic bottom metal failing. I haven’t used mine hard, but the balance point of the gun is near the bottom metal, and the plastic does flex a bit because it is exposed in the middle, I haven’t had any issues, but if personally didn’t love the situation. Go
with an aftermarket metallic bottom “metal” and this is resolved
