That’s the exact reason why I ended up not ordering with anodized color - they show some examples of variances I didn’t want to deal with.

Yeah, I figured ordering it altogether, it’d be from the same finish lot. They shipped all 3 separately at different times. Still thinking they sent the wrong colored upper…seems like more like a bronze. It matches closer to my element chassis than the lower and handguard.

Agreed, looks like a totally different color.

Does anyone know how to talk to a live customer support person at Aero Precision? Aero Precision charged my card two weeks ago for an order I placed by phone. I have not received my order, or verification of that order other than seeing a charge against my card. I have spent, literally, hours on hold with no answer and have waited over an hour for assistance via their online chat with no response. I have submitted multiple support tickets with no response.

Anyone have contact info that will get me to a real person?

Check your spam folder that’s where mine ended up on my order. But I agree their CS sucks. Did the online chat was 300 in line and when I got to about 20 and it dumped me. Don’t even try calling was on the line 4 hours.

Just stumbled on this thread. I’ve been fighting for 3 weeks to get in touch with Aero. I’ve been on their chat “support” for over 8 hours, 5 hours one day and then they just disconnected me after I was “next in line” for over 4 hours. Finally got an email back that basically said “ can you just fix it yourself?”

I love their products but will not support them anymore
