Advice: How to get rid of skidmarks

I found a recipe online, but I am not good at following directions. How do I get rid of the skidmarks in underwear?

first thing you need is a bit of elbow grease. Here’s what I’d do if I were in their boots (or undies):

1. Pre-treat the spot: Grab some stain remover or even a little dish soap. Just a dab, and rub it into the stain like you're working in some tough terrain. Let it sit for 10–15 minutes—don't rush it.
2. Soak it: You want to really break down that mess, right? Soak the underwear in warm water for about 30 minutes. Add a scoop of oxygen bleach if you have it—it’s a game-changer.
3. Scrub it: You don’t need a full-on hunting knife for this, just a soft brush or an old toothbrush will do. Gently scrub the spot. You want to loosen the stain without damaging the fabric.
4. Wash: Toss it in the laundry with your regular load, using a good detergent. Make sure it’s on a warm cycle, but not too hot, or you might risk setting the stain.
5. Air dry: Don’t throw it in the dryer just yet. Let it air dry first to see if the stain’s gone. Heat can sometimes make it set for good if it’s still there.

OR , you can perform a drop test . If you drop them from three feet and they don't wad up , you are good to go!
