Advice for Thunderbeast stuck on cb mount?

My 9" thunderbeast is stuck on a cb mount. When I tried to unscrew it the red loctite holding the cb mount to the rifle threads came loose. I cleaned up the threads and applied loctite again, screwed it back on and now nothing will budge. I tried whacking it with a screw driver handle, I sprayed the barrel and mount area with air duster (upside down) in an attempt to freeze/loosen it. Now it's sitting with Kroil applied. Anyone have any better ideas?

Could you post a picture of it, may give others a better idea to remedy the situation.

This is another reason I don’t use QD mounts. They are not always QD.

The way I unstick my ASR mount when it does this is to fire 5 rounds in quick succession, give the end a good whack with the heel of my palm and then twist it off (I use an oven mitt).

When mine got stuck in the mount I was able to red locktite it on the barrel and I was able to break it free. I was worried I was going to unscrew my barrel but the suppressor let go first. :D
Hate to say it but tbac would have taken care of it if you'd a sent it to them before you put it back on your barrel.

I use the 419 system now I like it better, no chance of something locking together.

Area 419 had this figured out a while back. Maybe you could reach out to them regarding this tool- I’m not sure if they ever sold it but it looks great!

I shot it 6 times (300wsm) and tried to get it loose. I waited a few minutes between shots though.

I'm hoping to use it next week on a hunting trip. I want to put it on another gun though.....

You're supposed to loktite the break to the rifle not the break to the can! Kidding.

Happened to mine before I locktighted the brake to the rifle. Stick it in the freezer for an hour or so and then try again. Worked for me.

Give thunderbeast a call and I bet they will have a few other tricks up their sleeve!
Unfortunately they don't. I had the same issue happen to me last year with my Ultra 9. I just ended up sending it back to them.

I was thinking that I could buy or make a tool that fit up inside the ports on a brake just in case this ever happened again.
