Adding Arca rail to swivel stud?

Found a good deal on a bog with ball head/infinte. 1 rifle I'll be using can easily have a arca rail put on it. the rest are normal wood or synthetic stocks with sling studs on the end. is there a way to add an arca rail to those without a big overhaul on the stock? or is there a bog deathgrip clamp that goes onto the ball head that isn't $100+?

or if anyone has went from stud to pic mount to Arca, did it hold well?

Its a pretty easy diy thing to add. Inset and epoxy in place a t-nut inside the barrel channel for each screw. If its not anchored (thats the t nut) it wont hold usually. If anchored they hold quite well. I like to put them right in front of the mag well so 2 screws usually.
