Ad on pouches for a pack bag

I have an old Kifaru long hunter frame with a duffel bag, I am looking to ad some pouches to make it more user friendly. I have looked at the Kifaru pouches but would like to look at other options. Any ideas?

Not sure if this is what you want. But Hill People Gear has alternative pack bags and "compression panels" with pockets. The Tara and Highlander might be of interest.

Thanks Muleman, thats more like i was looking for. The duffel bag has always been a pain to pack and keep the load balanced.
