as a teenager i processed the first deer i ever shot. it aint like you can hurt it, it is dead!

just a saw and a knife is all you need. look at a picture on the wall of the meat department that shows the cuts of the cow and just start cutting to make it look like that picture.

but really you dont need the saw if you debone the meat.

a grinder can be added later or you can take the trimmings to a butcher to grind.

my tip----can the poor cuts!

Pro tip don’t add pork because the fat goes rancid after 6 months, use beef fat.

This is gospel. Plus, with beef fat, you can cook your burgers a bit on the medium rare side.

A havalon, a 12"+ fillet knife, a plastic table, and a vac sealer is all you need. I have a local do my burger, you could also get your own grinder.
