I posted awhile back about people’s thoughts on this. I purchased one and have about 40 rounds through it this week.

I am beyond pleased. I am shooting it on my 223 t3x which I had cut to 18” - it’s a RSS. I can just about watch impact in the scope, the sound is about that of my 10/22. It makes me giddy when it goes off.

I haven’t shot suppressed before. I didn’t really want to spend 900-1500 all in on a can. Maybe ignorance is bliss, but this thing is sweet. For those of you like me who are new to the game and don’t want to spend excessive money, I do not think you’d be disappointed with this product.

Did you get the 5.56 version or the 7.62?

I just looked at some of the AB suppressors this past weekend at a local shop.
Leaning pretty hard to that is what I am planning on buying.

I love it. I have the a10 and the Raptor. My a10 is 5.56 and lives on my ar. It’s small and light and perfect for what it is.

I bought the 7.62 size, using the 7.62 sized end cap. It’s been impressing more and more each time I use it!

Great choice. I haven’t used that one, but It’s probably pretty comparable to my Raptor 8-stack without the reflex for sound suppression. AB makes really great can. The 7.62 A-10 is what I normally suggest for people looking for a do-it-all budget can. Most people’s first experience with a good suppressor is just giggles.

The a10 is a ton of can for the money. I have. 7.62, and a Raptor6 7.62. With the 3” reflex on the raptor, sound level seems very similar, Raptor with a slightly better tone. A10 is quieter than DT R6. Both shoot to the same POI when I swap back and forth between rifles.

Pics? I was thinking about something dedicated like this for my trainer/kids .223 tikka.
Any tips on posting pics would be appreciated. I check ok rokslide on web browser, when I try attach photos it says they are too big.

This is the one I am planning to get. Where did you buy yours? I saw they are on backorder from some online retailers and was looking for advice on the best places to buy one.

I’ve got a 7.62 a10 also. Was my first suppressor as well, first time shooting suppressed at all, so no real point of reference but I’ve been very pleased with it. It’s on my 243 and the sound is basically that of a 22.

Was the process pretty easy and straightforward? How long from when you ordered it until you got it?
It was super easy. I did mine as a single shot trust, which is posssibly a little longer timeframe than buying as an individual? I had it in hand in about 4.5 weeks.

It honestly would have been quicker but I wanted to get by a kiosk for fingerprints instead of doing ink fingerprints and mailing them, and we had a flood in the middle of my process that closed all the shops who had a kiosk in my area. There was a week or two of lead time while I waited until I was near a shop with a kiosk.
