AB A-10 review

My Ab-A10 in 7.62 sounds better then my banish back country. The AB lives on my daughters 243 and will grow with her as she wants. I’d buy three more and be happy with them.

Have the 556 on my 223 RSS. Would totally do it again!! Great tone and sound reduction. Have Raptor 8 with reflex 7.62 that multi purposes between a number of rifles that also is a solid win.

I’ve got the polonium on back order. Once I get it I’ll be able to compare the two. I am hopeful that OCL hype is real. Pew science likes it. So here is to hoping.

I have the A-10 5.56 and the Polonium (not K) it's been a while since I've shot them back to back but from what I recall the Polonium was better on my gas gun (22 Arc). the A-10 is living on my 223 bolt.

Just ordered the A-10 7.62 for my .243 superlite. I have a lot of barrel jump and recoil is more than any other .243 I have handled. Hopefully this tames the recoil enough so I can start spotting impacts.

Any chance you have been able to get that OCL in hand and do a little comparison?

I have only shot a few rounds through the OCL polonium at this point. But I’d say they are very similar to the ear in noise reduction. The OCL has a slight edge in my opinion. Roughly the same length. The A-10 has the fun ribbed for your ear pleasure thing going on. Either can you’d be happy with.

My son has a 7mm rem mag with a 7” banish 30 on it. The OCL did way better for reduction to my ear. A-10 is my choice between the OCL and A-10.

I’m planning on getting a US OG for my primary hunting rifle, but am strongly considering an A-10 to live on my 223 bolt gun. If I were to get the 7.62 version, just so it could be used on other calibers if needed, would it be much louder?

I asked AB this very question and they said that the greater volume of the 7.62 version makes up for the large larger board diameter when shooting .223 and they suppress very similarly on .223s

I shoot the A 10 762 on my 223 and it's fantastic as a dedicated 223 can.

Alrighty folks I’m ready to step into the suppressor game. I’m planning on suppressing my tikka .223 and plan to only use it on that rifle. Looking at AB A10, cgs hyp k, sico sythe, and JKs stuff. What say you?
