So after looking through the bs on the internet and not finding a straight answer on the size. Does anyone know the recommended serving size for aae ip nocks size 5 .205.

I think I have seen something around .109" Check out the super tuning with AAE on the elkshape youtube channel. I think thats were I seen it and also from MFJJ from Spokane Valley Archery. You could reach out to AAE as well

How many strands in the string, what material, and what color?

I feel like generally it's .018 or .016. But depends on what the actual serving material is.

I haven’t had any problems with power grip .018 on a couple different strings. I’m unsure of the string strand counts.

i guess that makes sense why i like them. I just checked, mine is .110. I use IP4 on VAPs and IP5s on Rips and they are my favorites.

AAE website says recommended serving diameter is.108-.112

Those serving sizes make no sense.

You meaning .008-.012? Which is about impossible to find?

Thinnest I'd use is personally is .014. I hate the AAE nocks anyways. Use Beiters, they are extremely forgiving on serving diameter.
