Interesting…

You do realize that I’m from Colorado right? Home of the Rocky Mountains? They cover almost half our state. They’re big and Rocky. I think I was a part of 12 tags this year, so not sure what terrain Idaho has that I haven’t been lucky enough to experience yet!

My first time in Idaho hunting elk was 1992. I was 10 and did 26 miles into the frank church on horseback. I know, nothing compared to your adventures but not bad for a 10 year old that needed a stump to reach the stirrups.

What would the menu be? Asking for a friend that curious what the excellent food consists of… is there green chili or turkey burgers?

I’m fortunate to have places to shoot as far as the eye can see and people that I enjoy shooting with and around.

As far as the invite, the menu might sway me, but for obvious reasons I’m hesitant to spend a week hanging out with you. Send menu please…
It's dark outside. No it's not, it's light outside.
It's white. No it's not, it's black.
It works. No it doesn't.
Blah blah blah blah...........

You may have reservations about spending a week with Form, but I can assure you, it would be one of the best weeks you ever spent. You would learn a ton, shoot a bunch and have a hoot. And just think, you could argue with him in person! Wow!!!
It's one hell of an opportunity and I and I'm sure other members would encourage you to take him up on it.

NF scopes do fail. I have an atacr 525 that had some internals come loose inside. When you rotated the magnification plus and minus the reticle and FOV would move in a up and left and down right position whether you went from + or - in power. Have also had a Khales do the same. The NF lived on a 10# 300 norma imp that ate a pretty steady diet of 230hyb at 3080fps. Lots of recoil and lots of braking energy from the MBnM big beast brake. That push pull physical event of ignition then braking at the muzzle is hard on the internals of scopes.
The CS rep mentioned this as a possibility when I was talking to him.

Put up or shut up with it all being filmed? That should put some “Internet toxicity” to rest eh? I’ll donate whatever food is needed for @Ucsdryder and his refined pallet.

Knowing how these types of things go when actually put to the test in the field, I’ll bet you end up with 3 things…

Some new friends
Some equipment changes
Some humble pie

I just got done watching midgets wrestle in Las Vegas so I don’t need a filmed pillow fight @fngTony I’m good for about 3 months. My drive isn’t what it used to be 😜
