Ready to handload for my 7PRC. What's everyone's go to for load recipes?

Been using 175 ELD-X ammo from Unknown Munitions with good results but now have the ability to try something new.

145 Cutting Edge Lazers over RL23, ADG brass. Running at 3130 in new brass, great results on elk, deer, and caribou between 25 and 600 yards. Holds 1800 fps to 1k, although CE says they will expand down to 1400fps.

When I finally rebarrel my 7 mag to 7prc - I’ll be shooting 180 scenars….

I'm loading my 7mm RM with 180 gr ELDM's. Using up the last pound of my RL22 to fire form my brass with close to 1/4 moa results. One nice thing about the 7mm is a ton of bullets to choose from. We even have temp insensitive ball powders to pick from. I have Staball HD on hand for load development.

I've been having good results with the berger 175 elite hunter out of my 7 saum.

175 ELDX 65.5gr N560 2950fps from a 24” barrel. A little hot on pressure but not bad. Sub MOA accuracy, and eldx bullet worked up close too, but may need attention to detail. I shot a bull at ~50 yards this season, I was careful to put it behind the shoulder, blew up the on side lung, didn’t exit, I put a second shot in him as he was running away that broke the rear femur, and bull was down within 100 yards.

My 7PRC turned out to be finicky. Bullets and powder. Hates H1000, likes 4831SC. What I found that shot well were the 160LRXs, 175EH, 175ELDX. Did not try the 180 Hybrids. I have used the 160LRX and 175 EH on game. Was not overly impressed with the terminal performance of 160LRX @ 2,950. Very happy with the terminal performance of the 175EH @ 2,850.

I hunted with 67 gr of RL26 and 180ELD-M's this year. That load is tame at 2850 fps, I pushed it up to 3050 fps at 70 gr with no pressure sign but decided to go "meek" since I only had a couple weeks to prep my loads and shoot at distance.

Plus 2850 with the 180's is a perfect match for MIL quick look.

175 Elite Hunter over H1000 with Fed 215M. I'm at 2930 fps. Very accurate and great terminal performance.

Have not tried Hammers in anything. I use the 200gr CEB Lazers in my 300PRC. The 7PRC did not shoot the 160gr Lazers.

22" barrel. CCI magnum primers, Peterson brass, 64.5grs of 4831SC (every rifle is different, work up yadda, yadda), .02 OTL. Shoots 10 shot groups around .75ish MOA. Pretty much the only load this barrel shoots well. By far the most difficult barrel I have ever loaded for.
