I'm def no expert when it comes to reloading, and I know Hornady's data is conservative, but i've been shooting 70.0 of N565 in a 22" suppressed barrel and i don't THINK i'm seeing any pressure but that seems way over Hornady's max and even playing around on GRT it shows i'm at the limits as well. Worried i'm pushing it too hard and just not familiar enough with identifying pressure. Just curious if anyone else is loading this much N565 with success?

Twice. Im shooting ADG brass and I’ve annealed every time.
I mean every barrel is different. I currently have a barrel that is pressuring out 3 full grains earlier than 3 other barrels chambered with the same reamer. So it’s not impossible that yours could be the other way around. If you aren’t getting a legit bolt click at the top of the case extraction after the second firing, you’re low enough IMO.

That’s approaching 28 nosler speeds in a short barrel 7 prc! Probably over the 65000 psi but adg brass can handle a fair amount of spice. Next loading measure the case web before and after shooting that’ll tell you how much over you are

I'm wondering what your thoughts are as far as what have you guys think between 565 and 570. I ask because I have some 570 and need to re-up on powder. I just got a 7 PRC and am collecting components before I start loading. With the price of powder these days I'm hoping to find the best powder and stick with it. Thanks

70gr shooting 180 ELDMs with CCI250 primers. Average 2976 with pretty good SD/ES. My worry is how much over book max I am.
A safe and methodical way to find out is to load a pressure ladder and see where visible pressure signs appear, then make sure your load is at least 0.5gr below initial signs (ejector swipe and flat primer), and at least 1 grain below heavy bolt lift. I use 0.5gr increments for 7 PRC pressure ladders and stop at the first sign of heavy bolt lift or a clicker.

Currently loading for a Tikka 7PRC with ADG and Peterson brass and am seeing safe loads at expected velocities 1-2 grains over book max (Hornady, Hodgson, and Vitahvuori) which were consistently giving anemic velocities for multiple powders.

You're possibly thinking of N165. 565 is very stable per Vitahvuori.
I would fully disagree from my testing. Im my 22 inch 7 prc I see about .7 fps per degree Fahrenheit shift. It is also somewhat non linear and unpredictable. Works great as long as you know what you are dealing with. There is not a stable powder on the market. It is impossible.... it can be more stable than others but that doesnt make it "very stable". Retumbo is as close as I have found to stable. Varget is also great, but we are talking 7 prc. This will vary based on brass, dryness of powder, primer, barrel length, cartridge, bullet, etc.
I aint saying it is bad, but just be aware. It sure shoots good. I use it all the time!
