As an update, Sierra is sending a complete replacement of what was purchased. They also said to keep the bad boxes and sort them, use them for foulers, whatever. Pretty excellent customer support

I've got a box on hold at the store, I'll have to check them to see if these are as bad as what you guys found.

Anyway, I've had to adjust my load dev for this bullet. The pound I was trying was just too variable for my liking. Some I'm back to trying 'ole 4831SC. Still planning to use this bullet on elk this October.
