All your standard North American critters. It seems they require higher velocities for consistent expansion, and that the expansion is somewhat unpredictable, as well as ‘later,’ penetrating further before opening up.

You’re over thinking it… 155 Skinner at 30/06 velocities is peas and carrots for anything from whitetails to moose and likely much more reliable than a Sierra, but it’s your rifle. Best of luck in whatever you land on.
