I chatted with Amazon since mine is still "label created" despite Amazon saying it'll arrive Wednesday. They said to check back on 12/23 and if it hasn't arrived they'll immediately issue me a refund. So I guess I wait.

Well mine should be here within 30 minutes according to Amazon but still shows only label made on UPS website. Guess I will have to contact Amazon tomorrow.

Anyone notice that this ebike can be purchased for double the price? I'll bet that one gets shipped.

My most recent, and delayed, delivery date is Dec. 20th and to ask for a refund if not delivered by then.

I don't want a refund, I want the ebike I bought and paid for so I'm not going to settle for anything other than that.

We'll see.

The one for double the price is sold by a different vendor. Guessing Amazon won't go and but it from them to send to us that don't get our bike. Agree I would rather have the bike than a refund but doubt that is how it goes down.

Well 1 of mine is supposed to show up today other one is supposed to come on 21st… it says picked up by carrier by ups… so we will see what comes by 8pm…

Vey true. 7 days with no shipping update has me more skeptical on this one. Amazon says "carrier picked up the package" and UPS says "label created." Seems to me it never shipped whatsoever. I'll get my money back next week and chalk it up to a good try, lol.
