I shoot a Ventum 33 at 75 lbs, with 29.5" draw length as well.

Arrow is a RIP TKO 300 spine, 484 grains total weight @ 279 fps (80% let off). I'm happy with how the arrow tuned - I believe Archer's Advantage has it as "slightly weak" and the 250 spine at "marginal stiff".

that's unfortunate to hear that they were failing. I hope I don't have any issues at 80
Ya, I don't know if it was because of the long draw length or what, but every time a limb would splinter it would be the one on the bottom right (LH bow). I never had the same problem with the 70lb limbs.

I’m assuming I’ll be okay. I’m at 29 sometimes 29.5 but the bow maxes out at 31

So I received the bow. I have it set at 29.5 but for some reason my draw weight scale is telling me it’s only 75lbs. Limbs looked maxed out and it says it was shipped at 80lbs

Sounds like it’s not in spec. Probably going to have to add some twists to the cables.

Measure the axle to axle and compare to factory spec.

Check your scale against something that you know is 80#, or 70 at least.

I have 6 different scales, only a few I actually trust.

Just saying this to double check yourself, don't count on a scale actually being correct unfortunately.

My hope is that the scale is off.

ATA is measuring 30 on the dot. I took it into the shop to just get a d loop and rest and sight installed. Planning on shooting a couple of hundred to get the strings settled and then will look deeper into it

How aggressive the cam is will have a lot to do with it.. I shoot a Hoyt vtm 34 at 83 lbs 29 inch draw. Spine chart on victory's website and podium archer says 300 Spine. Key is I cut my arrows short.. taw is 480 grains with 200 up front.. but my arrow is 26 inches long..
My Pse omen set up with 175 up front calls for a 250 Spine. Arrow is 27 inches..
The Hoyt is 334 ibo and I believe the ibo on the Pse is 356..
