CX was 2880 out of my 22" CA Ridgeline.

Was the least accurate of the 3 Hornady loads I tested... About 1 1/2".

I shot my 22 inch Carbon 6 7 prc last week. It has about 100 rounds through it. I was getting 2924 fps with 175 Eldx factory and 2945 fps with factory CX . This is with a suppressor as well. Accuracy has been great with all ammunition.

What kind of accuracy did you get this? Great to hear

Got an average of 2757 FPS from the Hornady Outfitter 160 CX.

18” Bartlein with a Banish Backcountry.

Not to mention I think it recoils less so it's more enjoyable to shoot than my 30-06!

Has anyone tried the 170grn from federal yet? I also heard nosler came out with a load, the hornady ELDM has been the most accurate for me so far but I finally got my hands on som h1000 so I’ll be expecting soon

Rifle is a brand new Seekins PH2 7 PRC with 26" barrel... Speeds were on an almost brand new barrel - 4 or 5 rounds to zero and speeds were trending up.

Terminal Ascent 170 grain - 6 shot average:
3061 FPS

Federal 175 ELD-X - 3 shot average
2996 FPS

Conditions were sub par today, but it's looking like it will be 3/4" or so load. Based off today, the federal ELD-X and terminal Ascent will go to a shoot off before spring bear.

In my 6.5 PRC (also Seekins) the terminal Ascent was the most accurate load I tested.

Temps when you were shooting? I shot my 26” in 20 degrees and only got 2850 on the Hornady 175 ELD-X. I have read that the Federal is faster though.

36 degrees. Yea, federal is faster then the Hornady.

That's really good velocity as Federal claims 2950 fps for the 170 gr T/A. I have had excellent results with several calibers using Federal's T/A ammo. Accuracy is great and performance on game has been great also. Have 3 boxes of 7mm PRC 170 T/A on my ammo shelf, gonna try and get out this week and see what accuracy and fps I get.

My howa did not like the terminal ascents at all. It did seem to like the federal 175 eldx however. Take that with a grain of salt, gun/shooter one of the two has been very inconsistent so far with 60rds down it.
