I just built a 20" 7.5t 6prc
Trying to figure out what bullet to use, This rifle will be used for Longrange deer:bear sometimes elk 500 ish yards . What bullet/powder would you guys recommend ? And what kinda velocity you thinking?

Get some 103 eldx, 108 eldm, 107 tmk, 116 tmk, or 115 dtac and see what shoots best. Plenty of 6prc reloading info shared here:

A friend and I are having some 6 PRC barrels spun up, because we cannot control ourselves, and have magnum bolt faces to mess with. Barrel blanks are headed to the smith now.

Thought I'd get a bit started with a dedicated thread on loads for this wildcat. We're using lapua brass. Lots of RL23 and N565 on hand we're hoping to use, but N570 could be entertained.

To start, we've got 108 ELDMs, way more 105 Berger HTs than is reasonable, 400 105 barnes match burners, and 108 Berger EHs. Matchburners to get things rolling, with hunting loads planned for the Berger 105s or 108s, unless...

Yep look at that 6 PRC thread. I shoot 116s but a 108/109 would be high on the list. The new 120 Bergers are interesting if you can get your hands on some.

I'm going to be trying 89gr Hammer HBC eventually
