6mm 95gr LRX vs 6.5mm 127gr LRX?

I don’t know how the 6mm LRX performs as compared to the 127, but I’ve killed a half dozen sheep out to 500 yards with factory 6.5 CM 127 LRX’s. They’ve worked great. The only reason I’ve moved on is that they have a pretty bad B.C.

I killed a couple other sheep with G9 113 LRH bullets and the wound channels were far better, as they are a fragmenting mono.
What did you move on to? I am thinking about the 100gr TTSX as a 127 LRX alternative (but then again I don't reload).

I don’t use my 6.5 CM much anymore, but I loaded up a bunch of 130 TMK’s. They shoot great and the wound channels are exceptional.

I’m not sure your use case, but a 100 TSX is gonna have a low BC and small wound channels compared to a lot of other options.

Good looking out. I guess I'll stick to the LRX then as I'm interested in consistency on deer and elk. The LRH looks great but is a little pricey/unavailable at the moment. I will keep that ammo in mind. Excited by alternative non-lead ammo that can create wound channels in excess of 1".
