Not enough pressure generated to fully form? Maybe 50gr?

Avery told me whatever powder at 58 grains. With a relative powder. Advised against n570 because it's harder on the barrel. I ran out of 7828 and used h1000. I used Hornady aero match 105's. Cheap and shot stupidly good!

But use at your own discretion.

I ended up getting back out this morning. 67.3 grains of N570 got me 3150. Group was awful though

I ended up backing down to 66.8 grains of N570. Velocity was 3140 & shot lights out. Ill stick with this load

Riddle me this batman... Below is the pic of me half way to getting a final zero after fireforming and all that... all first shots are are in the orange and second shots are the ones out there in the "I suck" area of the target. My process was shoot 2x let rifle completely cool shoot 2 more.. once I noticed the pattern I did 1 three round volley and the 2nd and 3rd shots were out there. This continued for the entire 20 rounds.
So question #1, WTF and do I just suck?
Question #2. Leave the zero at center or split the difference?

Tikka action, Ace 18'' barrel, UM OG can. 115 dTacs over 66 grains N570 within .02, 55 thou off the lands....

How many rounds on it? Seems to me you have a bad barrel. I’d try loading way down and see what happens. Barrel could have some weird stress showing up after heated

120 after yesterday. When fire forming i had zero issues

I think it would be more obvious if the cold bore group wasn’t that good, but that’s excellent, maybe double check torques on everything including barrel but the only thing I can make sense of is a barrel issue or suppressor. Maybe shoot it bare muzzle or with just a break

lol, throw it back on and let us know what happens. I wonder if the same theory as above couldn’t apply to a printed suppressor if all of the stresses weren’t relieved during heat treat.
