6 PRC reloading

I just put a dummy together at 2.925” with a 109 Berger and compared to my 25prc with a 135 Berger. I can’t wait for the weather to cool off so I can shoot when the barrel gets here around mid September.

Got barrels super quick so first shots out today. Neck sizing went well once we got the necks dialed in a bit better. This is my first foray into the hand load world so trying to learn as we go, good to have an experienced friend running the bench.

N565 and Berger 108 EHs, worked up to 59 grains, things tightened up nicely at that charge, 3130 fps. Probably will play around a bit more, but seeing accuracy, speed, with the powder/bullet we want on first fires for brass is beyond nice.

BIG recoil difference dropping from 7 PRC to this.
