It's Windows only, which sucks for me. If anyone knows of something else that'll do composite groups, but for MacOS or IOS, I'd love to know.

Its settled... im not cleaning my 6cm. Thanks for taking the time do document this.

Your welcome. To be fair, I HAVE had an issue on a 6 Creed that cleaning addressed. I'm still not a never clean under any circumstances guy, but I'll continue testing and seeing.

Care to elaborate on the 6 creed issue?

Seekins 6 Creed I have been using for NRL Hunter, point of impact changed by .2-3 MIL and groups opened up pretty dramatically. Did a quick scrub between days and it fixed it for a little bit, cleaned it better afterwards and it seemed to return to normal. Berger 108's and H4350, pretty mild load.

Thank you, I'll check it out.

Alpha brass vs fireformed Lapua? Thoughts?

The initial Alpha Dasher run sucked HARD, I still have a chip on my shoulder over the 900 pieces I bought that were nearly single use. That was years ago, and after checking with enough friends who I trust who are shooting Alpha Dasher I decided to give them a try this go-round to avoid fireforming. Seems just fine so far. Barring surprises, I will continue to go that way until Lapua releases their own Dasher. But, it'll be in Alpha boxes, I buy those for everything BR, 308, or Creed based.

You seeing much difference in velocity/capacity from new alpha compared to FF Lapua? I’ve read the Alpha was pressuring out sooner/less velocity but that could have been info from the early run brass. I’d like to just start out with Alpha but dont want to feel like I’m missing anything not going with lapua. I realize factory lapua is probably a year out or so

I've never compared the two same load/same barrel. My early brass seems like it had soft case heads. It became an issue on the second firing, I ended up with significant clickers. I haven't heard about anything similar since that run years ago. Like everything you pay your money and take your chances, but at this moment in time I'd personally buy another batch of Alpha if I needed fresh Dasher brass.

I know alpha has had its issues but to date current alpha dasher brass is the most consistent brass I have ever used. I’m impressed enough that I don’t really plan to even try lapua when it comes out.
