6.5 PRC H1000 Speeds

I tried H1000 with 143 eldx and 156 Berger's in PRC, I didn't get good velocity or accuracy with either. Switched to Ramshot Magnum for the eldx and RL25 for the Berger's and found good velocity and accuracy. A gunsmith acquaintance said he's heard the same thing about H1000 in PRC.

Nothing noticeable so far! Its supposed to be temp stable but not.sure how true that is yet.

I could have swore somewhere I read that RL 26 lost or gained +-4 fps at 70 degrees?
